Built for busy clinical
workflows — not bolted onto them

Every score Oncera Plus produces does one job: help you choose the right immunotherapy for the right patient, using the workup you already have in front of you.

What it changes for you

65.2%

Speed

Results in minutes, at the point of care — not days. The model runs on data already in the chart, so there's no lab turnaround to wait on. The risk estimate is ready in time for the conversation you're already having with your patient, not a follow-up call after they've gone home.

Fit

Built to sit alongside your existing clinical documentation, not replace it. Oncera Plus adds one report to the workup you're already reviewing — no separate system, no new workflow to learn. Nothing to relearn or reconcile; it fits into how your clinic already runs.

Transparency

Every score comes with the clinical factors that drove it attached, not a bare number. That backs up your clinical judgment instead of replacing it — you can weigh the model's reasoning against your own read of the patient.

Scope

Decision support, focused on one job: helping you choose the right immunotherapy for the right patient. The toxicity score is presented as one input among several, alongside the clinical factors that produced it. It sharpens the choice in front of you — the decision itself stays with you and your patient.

We’re starting with lung cancer

Medical illustration of the lungs and bronchial tree

Lung cancer is our first model.

We're actively developing additional disease models beyond lung cancer and expanding our hospital partnerships to grow and diversify the clinical data behind every model we build. More models will be announced here as they become available.

Built on evidence, not assumption

Oncera Plus isn't a general-purpose AI system adapted for healthcare. It was purpose-built to calculate one thing — an individualized immunotherapy toxicity score — trained and validated on clinical outcomes from NHS partner hospitals, drawing on data from more than 3,999 patients. It's MHRA registered, and our approach has been presented at leading oncology conferences and published in the form of abstracts.

Built for this, from
the ground up

Oncera Plus was built specifically to predict immunotherapy toxicity risk, trained and validated on clinical outcomes. It is MHRA registered.

Trained on
patient data

The model is built on clinical data from more than 3,999 patients, including 500+ with lung cancer who received immunotherapy.

Working with NHS hospitals

We're currently working with a number of NHS hospitals as we expand the data behind our models.

Research evidence

Our approach to predicting immunotherapy response & toxicity has been presented at leading oncology conferences and published as conference abstracts.

How It Works

Current model: Toxicity prediction in lung cancer. Prediction models based on other diseases will be available soon.

Create your account

Register once, then log straight into your clinician workspace.

02

Enter the clinical data

The same factors already in the patient's workup — imaging, bloodwork, clinical history. A guided form walks you through it; nothing new to test or collect.

03

Get the result

A toxicity score in minutes, with the contributing factors laid out next to it — ready to bring straight into the conversation with your patient.

Common questions

What data was the model trained on?

Clinical outcome data from an NHS partner hospital — approximately 3,000 patients, including around 500 with lung cancer treated with immunotherapy. We're expanding this dataset through ongoing hospital partnerships.

What's the regulatory status?

Oncera Plus is MHRA registered.

What does "toxicity" mean?

Here, toxicity means any immune-related side effect of any grade recorded in a patient's clinical notes during immunotherapy treatment. The score is a single probability: it does not predict which specific side effect may occur or how severe it may be.

Does this replace clinical judgment?

No. It's a decision-support tool intended to sit alongside your existing clinical assessment, not replace it.

What data do I need to provide?

Clinical and biomarker information already collected during a standard workup — no additional testing required.

How is patient data handled?

Patient and clinical data is encrypted at rest and in transit and protected through access controls. Clinical information entered through OnceraPlus is processed through CURE-IO to generate the patient’s personalised assessment and may also be used for scientific research, model validation, testing and development as described in our Privacy Policy. OnceraPlus uses third-party providers for services including cloud hosting and email, and further details about data storage, sharing, international transfers and patient rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Is this based on published research?

Yes — see “Why trust Oncera Plus” above for our published conference abstracts.
