Cookies Policy

1. What cookies we use

OnceraPlus uses a small number of cookies to run the Service:

  • Session & authentication cookies – keep you signed in, show one-off confirmation messages, and remember an in-progress assessment before you've created an account. These are essential to the Service and can't be switched off.
  • Security cookies – protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) on forms.
  • Language preference cookie – set only when you use the language switcher, to remember whether you chose English or Hindi. It is kept for one year.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. Usage data

When you use OnceraPlus, standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, is collected automatically:

  • Our servers receive your IP address and browser details with every request, as all websites do, and use them to deliver pages and keep the Service secure.
  • Our own analytics record the pages visited, how forms on the site are used (for example, the step at which an assessment form was left, but never the answers entered), downloads and purchases, together with the browser, device type and referring website. This does not use cookies and does not store your IP address: it uses an anonymous identifier that changes every day. Where you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account. Analytics records are deleted automatically after 400 days.
  • Fonts and page styles are loaded from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS content delivery network, which receive your IP address and browser details in order to deliver them.

3. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Because the cookies we use are essential to signing in and completing an assessment, blocking them will prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.

4. Changes to this policy

If we introduce additional categories of cookies, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
